Connect a client's Google Analytics 4 property to Feta. When you finish, their traffic, engagement, acquisition, page, location, device, and key-event data will begin filling the Google Analytics dashboard.
Before you connect
Use a Google account that can open the client's GA4 property. Feta shows only the properties available to the account you choose.
If the client has more than one property, know which one belongs to the website you report on. The property name and ID both appear in the picker.
Connect the property
- Open Companies, choose the client, then open Profile → Integrations.
- Find Google Analytics 4 and select Connect.
- Complete Google sign-in and grant access.
- In Select Accounts, choose the GA4 property or properties that belong to this client.
- Select Connect 1 Account, or Connect n Accounts if you selected several.
The card changes to Connected when the selection is saved. Open Dashboards → Google Analytics and select the client to see the result.
What syncs
Feta brings in daily totals plus breakdowns for traffic sources, pages, locations, devices, and key events. That covers the dashboard's users, sessions, on-site behavior, acquisition, conversion, and trend views.
The first connection starts a history backfill covering 14 months. After that, Feta runs a daily sync and rechecks recent days so late updates from Google are included.
If the connection breaks
Return to Companies → the client → Profile → Integrations. The GA4 card tells you what to do:
- Reconnect required — open the card's options and choose Reconnect with Google. Sign in with an account that still has access to the property.
- Setup incomplete — connect again and finish choosing a property.
- Connected to the wrong property — open the options and choose Change connection, then select the correct property.
- No GA4 accounts appear — the Google account has no available properties. Connect a different Google account or have the property added to the account you are using.
